My wife, Julie, is an OB-GYN, and like many high-income professionals, we needed a way to grow wealth without working more hours. Short-term rentals became that vehicle.

If no property is purchased within the first 3 months, Gather continues working with you for up to 3 additional months at no additional advisory fee.

Do I need STR experience?

No. Gather Advisory is designed to guide high earners through the process with expert support, partner access, and structured decision-making.

Do you manage the property?

Gather Getaways can support day-to-day management where available or match clients with a vetted local manager when that is the better fit.

Do you find the property for me?

Yes. Gather sources and underwrites opportunities, while also reviewing deals you bring.
